itinerary:
arrive from 6:30 for intention setting, settling into the space and journalling
class starts at 7am, 1 hour yin yang style heart opening sequence
tarot card reading and gift giving (yes everyone who arrives will receive a gift!!)
lets frolick our way to yelo if you’d like to carry on the fun. for a coffee, matcha, juice or some yummy treaties
follow your heart from here, dip with me in the ocean, run around the star swamp, write a letter to yourself solo whatever your heart feels is right.
this is a place to ground. connect. listen to your heart and find love in the universe. in mother nature. in you.
